When you call, email or use our quote form, we collect the details you give us: your name, phone number, email address, area, the service you need, your message and any photos you send.

Only to reply to your enquiry, prepare a quote, arrange and carry out work, and keep records we're required to keep (for example gas safety records). Our lawful bases are taking steps at your request before a contract, performing a contract, and legal obligations.

We don't sell your data. We only share it with services that help us run the business (such as email, phone and customer management tools), or where the law requires it.

Enquiries that don't go ahead are deleted when no longer needed. Job and certificate records are kept for as long as the law or our insurers require.
