A local plumber and heating engineer for Brentwood
Brentwood sits just along the A12 from Romford, which puts it well within reach for Braxton's Plumbing & Heating. Mitchell Braxton runs the business himself, so the person you speak to on the phone is the person who turns up, diagnoses the problem and does the work.
Most calls from Brentwood fall into three groups: boilers that have stopped or need their annual service, heating systems that are not warming the house properly, and everyday plumbing such as leaking taps, running toilets and showers that need attention. All of it is covered, from a single washer to a full boiler and radiator replacement.
Pricing is kept simple. Boiler servicing and landlord gas safety certificates are from £90 +VAT, a heating or boiler fault diagnosis is £90 +VAT, and new boiler installations start from £1,800 +VAT. For general plumbing, send a few photos and you will get a free quote back.
If the job needs a site visit to price, that visit is £45 +VAT and is taken off the bill if you go ahead. Quotes usually follow within a couple of hours, occasionally up to 24 hours when waiting on prices from suppliers.
